Light, gas and water - how much are the utilities in Germany?

Talking about the prices of basic utilities in European countries

Germany

In Germany, there is no rent that we are accustomed to, but there are three groups of basic payments that residents must pay monthly - these are:

For housekeeping services of a private company (collection of payments, current and capital repairs) from 60 to 100 euros;

For communal services - prepayment for a year;

for general housing services - repair of elevators, stairs, playground equipment, etc., from 30 to 50 euros.

Private service companies are responsible for utilities. Germans can choose them independently because of the favorable rates.

Average market prices are as follows:

Electricity - 0,3 euro per kilowatt-hour;

water - from 0,3 to 0,5 euro per cubic meter;

Gas - 5 euros per cubic meter;

heating - up to 70 euros per season;

garbage collection - from 10 to 25 Euro per month.

Separately can still charge a contribution to the savings fund at home - 15 euros per square meter per month. There is also a monthly fee of 17.5 euros for public radio and television broadcasting.

If we look at the utility bills in other countries, we can see that the bills are really quite high. In order to pay them it is necessary to have a stable salary but if there is a problem with paying the utility bills then you can turn to professionals to create a fake utility bill 2022
